不能登陆？数据空白？这样解决！

本文来源:失独者之家小程序,作者:王?海?鹏?     由于小程序新上线的，很多功能和体验不是很好，在使用的过程中会出现不少bug问题，造成很多家人们不知怎么解决！现在我简单整理了一篇解决方案，基本上可以解决。

<strong>问题1:首页、思念馆和个人中心页面部分数据空白？</strong>
答：基本可以确认是由手机缓存数据造成的，如果出现，可重新登陆和删除小程序。
方法1：重新登陆
<span style="color: #e03e2d;">小程序页面 -> 个人中心 ->系统设置 -> 退出。</span>
方法2:删除小程序（有两种方式删除）
<span style="color: #e03e2d;">2.1 微信页面 -> 发现 -> 小程序 ->选择小程序进行删除(安卓手机需要长按确认删除，苹果手机按住左侧滑动删除)。图1</span>

<strong>问题2:怎么进入小程序</strong>
答：可通过两种方式

<span style="color: #e03e2d;">方法2:已经进入过，再次进入 微信页面 -> 发现 -> 小程序 （点击进入即可）</span>
